2. Service Terms

Before starting a project, the scope of work, pricing, estimated timeline and expected deliverables will be discussed and agreed upon with the client. Any request or requirement that is outside the originally agreed scope may require additional time and charges.

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, content, images, documents, product details and necessary account access within a reasonable time. Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect the project timeline.

3. Payments

All payments must be made according to the quotation, invoice or payment schedule agreed between OnlineSevak and the client. Work may be started after receiving the required advance payment, where applicable.

If a payment is delayed, OnlineSevak may temporarily pause the project or services until the outstanding amount is cleared. Any third-party costs such as hosting, domain registration, advertising budget, paid plugins, software subscriptions or marketplace fees will be the client’s responsibility unless specifically included in the agreed service package.

4. Digital Marketing & Results

OnlineSevak follows professional strategies and best practices to improve a client’s online visibility, traffic, leads and overall digital presence. However, specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue or return on investment cannot be guaranteed.

Digital marketing results can be affected by search-engine algorithms, advertising platforms, competition, market conditions, website performance, product quality, pricing and other factors outside our direct control. Any results or examples shared by OnlineSevak should not be considered a guarantee of future performance.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms and services such as Google, Meta, WordPress, Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other online platforms. These platforms operate independently and may change their policies, features, pricing, algorithms or technical requirements at any time.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the type of service, project stage and work already completed. Once work has started, charges related to completed work, resources purchased or third-party services may not be refundable.

Any applicable refund will be considered according to the agreed project terms, payment conditions and the amount of work already completed at the time of cancellation.

Content, images, logos, documents and other materials provided by the client remain the property of the client or their respective owners. The client is responsible for ensuring that any material provided to OnlineSevak can legally be used for the intended purpose.

Third-party themes, plugins, software, stock images, fonts and other licensed resources remain subject to their respective licenses and terms. Final project ownership and usage rights will depend on the agreed service and completion of applicable payments.

8. Limitation of Liability

OnlineSevak will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable and professional services. However, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, sales, leads, rankings, data or business opportunities resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This may include problems caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, search engines, advertising networks, marketplace policies, technical failures or changes in the online environment.
